With over three decades of experience in the mortgage industry, I have cultivated a deep understanding of financial services and real estate. I previously operated my own mortgage brokerage, Republic Mortgage, for ten years, where I refined my skills in client relations and financial solutions.

As the founder of Paper Stakes LLC, my primary focus is now on empowering startups and micro-businesses, by providing access to the capital and credit they need to thrive. We specialize in funding strategies, like business credit card stacking and personal term loan stacking, tailored to help you grow your business.

While business financing is our main focus, we also assist owners of seller-financed mortgages in selling their real estate (and business) notes for cash, ensuring they receive the most favorable terms possible.

In addition, I specialize in helping individuals cash in on judgments they own, but have been unable to collect. I also actively support U.S. business owners with their exit strategies, employing innovative techniques tailored to their unique circumstances, to facilitate the sale of their businesses.

Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my wonderful wife and our two sons, playing guitar, and exploring new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
